- Free Shipping (7–14 business days): Free
- Free Shipping – Bag Included (7–14 business days): Free
- Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before shipping.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package in real time.
4. Are your glasses UV protected?
Yes, most of our sunglasses offer UV protection. Please check the product description for specific details.
5. Are these prescription glasses?
Our products are fashion eyewear (non-prescription) unless otherwise stated in the product description.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing.
9. Do your glasses come with a case or bag?
Some of our shipping options include a protective bag. Please check the selected shipping method at checkout.
